OFFICE MANAGER

 

Immediate Start 

 Lawrie Shabibi is looking for a full-time administrative assistant to join our fast-growing workplace. This is a very dynamic role that requires an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our gallery. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, well organised and has at least three years’ experience working in an administrative capacity in Dubai.

 

The right candidate will have the following skills:

 

  • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Word and Excel;
  • Bookkeeping skills 
  • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain inventory systems;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Time management, multitasking, and flexibility;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent office and phone etiquette;
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines; and
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

 

The role includes the following:

 

  • Supply management and inventory control;
  • Event planning and coordination;
  • Bookkeeping and managing budgets
  • Issue and following up business invoices;
  • Maintain information in databases and spreadsheets;
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes;
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering;
  • Operate and maintains office equipment, including printers etc
  • Booking flights, hotels
  • Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office; equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand and the office is clean and tidy.

 

Working Hours

10-6pm Monday-Friday

Visa after three-month trial
