Sansour will participate in a panel discussion chaired by Dr. Lina Khatib titled Art as Defiance in the Middle East at Chatham House in London on 5 April at 6 PM.
The participating artists that also include Bassem Deaibess and Bashar Farhat, will speak about their experience working and performing in the Middle East and the role that art and culture play as a form of protest in the Arab world. The artist's will tackle issues such as how much of an impact does conflict have on the lives and artistic output of artists and whether art can bring about positive political and social change.
