Larissa Sansour . In the Future They Ate From the Finest Porcelain . 2015
Sansour will take part in the fourth edition of gegenKino film festival in Leipzig, Germany. The festival aims to challenge the conventions of cinema,explore it’s actual possibilities and try to further them. This year's programme will deal, in particular, with the subversion of forms of narration and representation in the visual media, casting a light on the undermining of information transmission in the media to examine the potentials of resistance as well as manipulation of film and video.
Sansour will present her 2015 Sci-fi short In the Future They Ate From the Finest Porcelain at the festival which will be held from 6 -16 April 2017. Read more.
