Art Dubai and Delfina Foundation present The Wedding Project, a performative project that transforms two rooms at Mina A’Salam into an artist-created wedding hall, complete with novel food and drink experiences.
Taus Makhacheva and Larissa Sansour will be taking part in the project, presenting their dishes during the gala dinners held on the evenings of 16 - 18 March, from 8 PM onwards. Sansour reminds us of seasonal foraging that is now forbidden in the hills of Palestine, while Taus Makhacheva’s desserts distort our current realities, allowing us to consume the impossible.
