Nathaniel Rackowe at Galerie Jerome Pauchant, Paris, France

Rackowe participates in the group exhibition A long break in the clouds is enough at Galerie Jerome Pauchant, Paris, France which opens on 26 March and runs until 21 May, 2016.

The exhibition explores the ways in which natural landscapes continue to inspire our imagination and creativity. During these troubled times, the exhibition seeks to reinforce the way dreams and contemplation still convey escapism for our imagination and remains the core of creation today. The works on display appear to be a remedy to the world’s visual and technological speed and saturation, as if time was withheld, an echo to Albert Camus’ writing in his 1939 work Notebooks I : “A long break in the clouds is enough to bring calm flooding back into over-anxious hearts.”

Rackowe presents works from his DG series for the exhibition. Read more.
