My starting point for Forgiveness was the cleft rock in Sinai, which the prophet Moses struck to make water gush out. The fallen white haired figured is like a prophet and the two other figures have a sinister air, like assassins. The flowers which surround the prophet are like those that surround a martyr- the prophet sacrifices himself for the good of others.
